Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, mobile number, or device is not allowed. This will be treated as bonus fraud, and all associated accounts will be immediately closed.
All information provided at registration must be accurate. Incorrect names, mobile numbers, or false addresses may result in withdrawal holds. Members are solely responsible for keeping their passwords secure.
ℹ️ Identity Verification: Before your first withdrawal, you must submit photos of both the front and back of your National ID. This process is typically completed within 24 hours.
The minimum deposit on Baje24 is ৳200. Maximum limits vary by payment method — up to ৳50,000 via bKash and Nagad, and up to ৳5,00,000 via bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
If your balance is delayed after a deposit due to a technical issue, please contact support with your transaction ID. Deposits are non-refundable unless a technical error is proven.
Withdrawals will only be processed to registered payment methods. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. For suspicious transactions, Baje24 may initiate a verification process that can take 3–5 business days.
💡 Please note: Funds sent directly to another person's number via bKash or Nagad cannot be refunded by Baje24. Always make payments through the official deposit page.
All bonus types on Baje24 — first deposit bonus, weekly reload bonus, free spins, or VIP bonus — require a specific wagering or rollover condition to be met before any withdrawal from the bonus is possible.
For example: If the wagering requirement for a first deposit bonus is 15x, you would need to place a total of ৳15,000 in bets to withdraw a ৳1,000 bonus. All qualifying bets must be placed at odds of 1.50 or higher.
⚠️ Warning: Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all funds being forfeited.
Once a bet is confirmed on Baje24, it cannot be changed or cancelled — the Cash Out feature, where available, is separate. The odds at the time the bet is placed are final; any subsequent odds changes do not apply.
If a match is cancelled or incomplete, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes refunded. The maximum bet limit for a single match is stated in the relevant market.
Fraud, hacking, the use of bots, or automated software to place bets on the Baje24 platform is strictly prohibited. Abusive or offensive behaviour towards the support team may result in a temporary account suspension.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited. Any suspicious activity of this nature will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Members may close their account at any time by contacting support. The account will be closed within 24 hours of the request. Any remaining balance (provided bonus conditions have been met) can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
Baje24 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases: violation of Terms & Conditions, fraud, provision of false information, underage use, or legal requirements. Any eligible balance will be returned where possible; however, if fraud is proven, all funds will be forfeited.
Baje24 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be sent to the registered mobile number or email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
